Fine Arts

The Prosser Fine Arts Department aims to teach visual literacy skills, dramatic expression, and musical voice through instrument with the intention of preparing our graduates for a lifetime of creative activity. We educate students to develop them into critical thinkers, creative problem solvers, compassionate human beings, and life-long learners. These qualities will not only ensure success in education but also provide flexibility when these skills are used to make personal or professional choices. Moreover, these skills provide the basis for fulfilling a culturally enriched lifestyle. Our students will be guided and nurtured in necessary technical and conceptual skills needed to become successful professional artists and art educators within our community and society.
