Election Information

 
The new Local School Council term begins on July 1st of every even-numbered year, and elections are held in the spring of every even-numbered year.
 
A high school LSC is comprised of the principal, two teacher representatives, one staff representative, three student representatives, six parents and two community members. Community members can check their eligibility to serve on a school's LSC here
 
The election for the upcoming LSC SY27-28 was held March 18, 2026, for adult candidates and on March 19, 2026, for students. At the close of voting, the summary of results for student representatives, teacher and non-teaching staff representatives and parents and community representatives are posted below. Thank you to everyone who is willing to serve the Prosser community in this way!

Mid-term vacancies for parent and community member positions are filled by majority vote of the serving members. 
 
Community is vitally important, and Prosser currently has one open seat for a community representative on our Local School Council. Please consider serving the school in this way!
