The Social Science Department proudly hosted SY22 History Day on February 25, 2022!
This annual event celebrates the authentic historical research students engage in at all levels of Social Science instruction at Prosser and highlights projects of particular achievement from every class. History Day is an opportunity for teachers to highlight student skills and strengths and share work across courses and grade level. All Social Science classes meet together in the Auditorium for a presentation and awards ceremony concentrating on students' efforts, accomplishments and successes. Students received awards for criticality, curiosity, creativity, organization, analysis, creativity, growth and strongest connections to lived experiences among other things. Each year, this event is an exemplar of what teaching and learning can be.
