Rooms requested to use:  101, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 111, 112 and auditorium

Good morning, Principal Shimon and Assistant Principal Batey,

I hope this email finds you well.

We are working with multiple offices to organize a joint town hall on 9.21.26. I’m reaching out to see if Prosser HS would be able to host this event.

Tentative Logistics below for your consideration:

·  Date: Monday, 9.21.26

·  Time: 4-8:30pm CT

o Setup: As early as 4pm

o Doors open: 5:30pm

o Event: 6-8pm

o Tear down: 8-8:30pm

·  Spaces:

o Auditorium – Capacity to host 500 people

o 6-9 classrooms – For breakout sessions

·  Format:

o Welcoming & Intro’s in the auditorium

o Then guests will go into breakout rooms. Guest will be dismissed from the breakout rooms.
