We need your help! We are working through logistics to place 1400 students in internship placements this summer and we're in need of sites to host the half day orientation sessions. We need to secure 4-5 high schools across the city to accommodate groups of 300-500 students per site.

Dates:
Any date June 15-18
Set up: as early as 7:30 am
Start: 9 am
End: 12 pm (no later than 1 pm)
Clean up
What we need:
Each space must accommodate groups of 60-100
Check-in space
Room 1: Auditorium for Welcome
Room 2: Computer Lab and/or access to your laptop carts (for SchooLinks activities)
Room 3: HR4U/Direct Deposit Stations
Room 4 or Gym: Distribution of Wisely Cards and Ventra Funds
Room 5 or Hallway or Gym: Photo Booth(s)
