Greetings Falcon family! 
Touching base again regarding use of your auditorium for May 15th. 
We've carved out some times for the use of your auditorium. 

Our students will walk to the high school on this day. There will be two shows for an hour each.
We would like the first session/show to start at 9:30am through 10:30, this way we have enough time for each grade level to do lunch once they are back in our building.
The second session for the 3rd-5th grades would start at 11:15am through 12:15pm for a return to our building for lunch as well. 

We will have a little over 300 students (including Adults) to attend each session. 



First session for K-2 grades (show/session) starts at 9:30am - 10:30am 
Second (session/show) for 3rd-5th grades 11:15am - 12:15pm
