Good morning Mr Batey!
I hope all is well with you today and I hope that the first couple of weeks of the new school year are going well!
I would like to inquire to see if the Prosser is available to host a Robotics Scrimmage event sometime in October, on a weekend, specifically a Saturday.
In regards to the event itself, we will be expecting around 400 attendees and we would most likely need to use a large chunk of the school to facilitate the event. This includes, but might not be limited to:
- A large lunchroom for students to eat
- A smaller lunchroom or room for volunteer lunch / operating area for volunteers
- A Gym for the Robotics competition
- Auditorium to host the teams and to host practice tables
- At least 5 classrooms for Judging
Also, during the event, we would love to have the Culinary Arts team, or any other team, to come out and sell snacks if they would like to fundraise.
