Good afternoon Mr Batey!


Here is some information in regards to the event that we would like to host at Prosser Career Academy on Saturday, January 21st, in your Auditorium.


Also, by any chance, would it be possible to look at the auditorium tomorrow?


It would be a Super Smash Bros Tournament that would involve 8 different schools, and, at this time, roughly 70 people. We might expect up to 100 people in total, however, the cut off date to register for the event is next week Wednesday.


The event would go from 8AM to 4PM, with the event actually happening between 9AM and 3PM. The additional two hours is for setting up and to break down / cleaning up the event.
