Prosser's 4th Annual World COPA - Team Sign Up Form
The last 2 days of school, June 13 & 14, we will host the COPA Prosser tournament in the North Gym!
In order for your team to participate in the tournament, ONE MEMBER MUST fill out this Google Form by next WEDNESDAY, June 8 at 5:00 PM. Again, only ONE submission of this form PER TEAM is required and will be accepted, so ensure you speak with your teammates and their commitment to this tournament before filling this out.
Submitted teams MUST consist of AT LEAST 6 players and MUST be mixed - gender.
