Shakespeare Slam!

 

Each year, under the direction of the committed, dynamic and imaginative Ms. Thom, Prosser sends a slam team of students to either compete in or collaborate on a production with dozens of other schools throughout the Chicagoland area. We value our partnership with the Chicago Shakespeare Theater, who sponsors this event and so many other authentic learning opportunities for students every year.

 

COVID-19 has forced this program to adapt and change, and the SY22 production of A Midsummer Night's Dream was entirely virtual and entirely amazing. Big cheers to students Katy Garcia, Adamaris Salazar, Ja'dore Blaine and Patrick Pekala on their performance, which premiered February 2, 2022.
