This is an annual survey required by the U.S. Department of Education - Office for Civil Rights. The purpose of the survey is to assess the athletic interest of high school students to ensure equal opportunities for all athletes under Title IX.  
Results will be used to evaluate whether current athletic programs in our high schools effectively accommodate student interests and abilities, as well as help plan for future development, including whether there is a need for additional sports or activities.

THE SURVEY IS FOR 9TH GRADE STUDENTS ONLY.
