Greetings my name is c/Maj. Destine.  I am the Prosser JROTC’s D&B Commander.  The D&B is the most active organization in J.R.O.T.C.  The members learn how to play instruments, music, and work hard to teach others.  For the past two years we have been the #1 D& B in the city.  Practice for the Horns is every Monday and Wednesday from 3:15PM – 4:00 PM.  The Drums is Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15PM - 4:15PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.  If you are a leader and interested in being a part of D&B, please don’t hesitate to attend.
